  1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Online shop terms and conditions on www.camp-bohinj.si are in compliance with following laws in Slovenia: ZVPot (covers Consumer Safety), ZVOP-1 (covers Consumer Privacy) and ZEKom-1 (covers Electronic Communication).

Online shop on www.camp-bohinj.si (further known as seller, retailer or online shop) is being managed by Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o., Savska cesta 34, 4000 Kranj.

Online shopping is available 24/7, 365 days a year (plus 1 on leap year).

Terms and conditions regulate the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the consumer and the store and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the customer.

These terms and conditions are binding for the customer and are valid at the time of purchase (online order). When placing an order, the customer is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her awareness with them by placing an order.

Customer consumes services of the online shop when he/she makes the purchase without registration.

The seller reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions without prior notice. The changes are valid from the moment of publication and are binding on the user.

  • Contact information for quick and easy communication (phone number, e-mail)
  • Essential characteristic of the product

  • Terms and conditions regarding customer’s withdrawal from the contract
  1. SHOPPING PROCESS

Browse through our products, click on the desired product, choose the variation of your liking and click ‘Add to cart’. To finish with your purchase, click on ‘View cart’, here you can see all the products you put in the cart. If you wish to remove any of the products, simply click on the red X on the left of the product. Once you are happy with the content of your cart, click ‘Proceed to checkout’. Enter all the information marked with red asterisk, enter your card details and click ‘Place order’. Voila! You successfully finished with your purchase. One of our staff will be attending to your order shortly.

  1. PAYMENT METHOD

When making a purchase on www.camp-bohinj.si, payment can be made with a debit or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). When finishing the purchase, customer enters their card details. It is possible that the customer will have to enter extra security password, which the customer will receive in form of a text message on their phone.

  1. PRICES

All prices are in Euro (€) and contain VAT. Prices are informative and are subject to change without prior notice. Price displayed at each product does not include shipping cost. All photos are symbolic and may vary from the actual product.

When purchasing a product, valid price is at the moment of finalizing your purchase. You will receive an original invoice with your order. In case of any errors, you will be able to withdraw from the purchase.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. (managing entity of www.camp-bohinj.si) is making sure to comply with our terms and conditions and protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of our website and online store. Collected personal data will be used exclusively to provide the services it offers. Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. respects the confidentiality of personal data and privacy of users of our website and online store, and will do everything necessary to protect them from any violations and abuse. Personal data of users is one of the areas to which Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. pays extreme care and attention, as we are aware of the sensitive nature of this area. The seller does not collect personal data except when the customer agrees to it by purchasing an item.

For the needs of the online shop on the website www.camp-bohinj.si Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. collects the following user data:

  • name and surname,
  • address and place of residence,
  • email address (your username),
  • and other data that users enter in the forms on the website www.camp-bohinj.si.

You can visit most pages in the online shop without disclosing your personal information; however, we obtain some information automatically using cookies, which are standard tools in the online industry. The use of cookies and web beacons allows us to identify your IP address, the type of browser you are using, and your overall online activity. IP addresses are collected for security purposes.

At the beginning of the visit, each user is assigned a session cookie to identify and monitor the shopping cart. All mentioned data, except cookies, are stored permanently on the server of Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. Session cookies are stored in the server’s memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, while persistent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer.

DECLARATION OF PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. is obliged to protect the personal data of users of its online website and online store in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. will not under any circumstances without the express permission of the user provide personal or other user data to a third party or will not allow a third party to inspect personal or other information of the user, unless required to do so by the state authorities, if such an obligation is provided by law, or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and pursuit of their own legitimate interests.

COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES

At the beginning of each session at our online store, each user is assigned a cookie to identify, monitor the shopping cart and ensure traceability, which is stored in the server’s memory only for the duration of the online store and is deleted after one hour of inactivity. Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. may also store certain cookies on the user’s personal computer, such as e.g. user identification number in encrypted form for identification on the next visit to the online store, and indirectly Google Analytics external cookies used to analyze website visits. Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. may use this data in an anonymized summary form for statistical analysis purposes. For the purposes of ensuring online security, Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. also collects IP addresses from which users access the online store.

  1. ORDERS

When the seller receives an order, they process new order in maximum 3 days since order was received.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Seller may cancel the order if they believe that order cannot be processed with received information. Customer cannot demand such an order to be processed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Online shop will start processing received order in no longer than 3 days since order was received.

ORDER ARCHIVE

All online orders are archived electronic form.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer can withdraw from the contract 14 days after receiving their order without any particular reason. To do so, the customer must inform Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. in written form via email infoshop@camp-bohinj.si.

When Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. is properly informed of customer’s withdrawal, the seller will inform of the steps that must be taken to properly process the withdrawal.

  1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COST

Estimated time for shipment of products in stock is within 1-4 business days. Shipment of products that are not in stock is not possible until the items are restocked.

In case of a prolonged delivery time, we will inform the customer via e-mail or telephone. If the customer does not agree with the longer delivery time, they can withdraw from the order.

We do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

It takes days for the shipment to be delivered. Sometimes the delivery time can be extended due to reasons the seller cannot influence (car accidents, traffic, mistakes, etc.)

DELIVERY PARTNER

Delivery partner of Kamp Zlatorog d.o.o. is Pošta Slovenije. Customers covers shipping fee when purchase amount is lower than 50€ for deliveries in Slovenia or 70€ for deliveries out of Slovenia. To have free shipment, you must choose FREE SHIPMENT option before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping cost for delivery to Slovenian address is 4 €. When purchase is higher than 50€, shipping fee is free.

Shipping cost for delivery out of Slovenia is 7 €. When purchase is higher than 70€, shipping fee is free.

  1. RETURN POLICY

All items are inspected prior shipment and are sent undamaged.

COMPANY ERROR

In case received items are not as ordered, the customer must notify the seller within 8 days of receiving the items. We ask our customers to return the items in the same condition as they were received and add filled out complaint form, which the customer will receive via email after notifying the seller. The seller will send correct items or refund the correct amount.

DEFECTED MERCHANDISE

Merchandise is defected when:

  • The product doesn’t possess the qualities needed to perform as it should,
  • the product does not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him,
  • the product does not have the characteristics and features that have been explicitly agreed upon,
  • the seller has delivered a product that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown for notification only.

The suitability of the product must be compared to another, flawless product of the same type, as well as with the manufacturer’s statements or statements on the product itself.

               HOW TO RETURN DEFECTED PRODUCT

The customer must notify the retailer about the defected product with exact description and within a time frame assigned by law. The customer must allow the retailer to verify the defected product. After defected product has been verified, the customer will receive further instructions to complete the refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCT WHILE DELIVERED

In case the product was damaged while being delivered, please contact Delivery Company. If the customer believes the product was damaged during delivery, check the product in front of the deliverer. Write a formal complaint which the deliverer must sign. Complaints are difficult to resolve, if they are made after the delivery.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF PURCHASED ITEMS

The customer has the right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days of when the items were received without providing with any reason.

To withdraw from the contract, the customer must notify the seller via email infoshop@camp-bohinj.si or send the notification (along with purchased items) to Kamp Zlatorog, Ukanc 5, 4265 Bohinjsko Jezero (location of the shop, which is why the address is different from the company’s headquarters). Along with the notification, the customer must also send a copy of the receipt. The only expense the customer is covering is the shipping cost back to the address above. The seller does not have to accept any packages where the seller must pay in order to receive the package or the package is not in accordance with terms and conditions of the seller. The customer must return all items undamaged and unchanged amount unless the items were damaged or changed during shipment. The customer cannot use the product while return process is pending. Money will be refunded as soon as possible or within 14 days of notifying the seller, they wish to withdraw from the contract, provided the customer returned the products as specified above. In order to ensure the certainty, accuracy and timeliness of the return and to provide records of payments, the return of the payment to the customer is made by transfer to the customer’s bank account. The return of the received goods to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.   1. RESPONSIBILITY AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

When editing a website, we try to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information. However, criminal and civil liability for factual and legal errors in the information is completely excluded and we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or inconvenience that may occur to the user due to the use of any incorrect or inaccurate information that may be found on this website.

We reserve the right to change any information included or available on this website at any time without prior notice. The content published on this website does not have the character of an official document, except where specifically stated. We are also not liable to users for any damage that may occur due to technical problems, or due to the inability to access the website or the inability to use information located or derived from the website.

All texts, images, graphics, animations and other documents contained on the website are subject to copyright or other forms of intellectual property protection to the extent permitted by law. The content of the web pages may not be copied, distributed, modified or reproduced in any other way, except with our written consent.

  1. DISPUTE POLICY

In the event of errors in shipping or on the delivered product, the customer first contacts the seller directly, with a complaint. The seller then, at an appropriate time, given the nature of the problem, responds to the customer by rejecting or confirming the complaint and offering possible solutions to the matter.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through an appeal, by mutual communication, the court with appropriate jurisdiction in Kranj shall have jurisdiction over the dispute.
